Hello! They say blogging helps my challenge so here we go! So basically....I've been about the same weight for the last 6 months. I've been working out so much and I'm very strong! I'm looking to lean down though and thought this would be a good challenge!
My biggest success has been doing Sean's Insanity at night right before bed because I'm never hungry afterwards and because I mentally have to prepare to do it so I think it causes me to eat less so I'm not sick during my workout:) I also enjoy it because it's quality time with my husband and the kids are sleeping. I feel like I sleep better afterwards and I wake up feeling more refreshed.
