You sound just like me. I lose all control if I have a couple of glasses of wine, suddenly it seems ok to eat cake!! I just finished my first dietbet too, I won and thought I was on track, but have gained 2lb in the last few days so I have jumped back in. I am on month 2 insanity and it really does get you fit and toned. I want to be in the best shape I can for my 40th later this year. Just so many of my friends are having parties, meals out, it is really hard to be the only one eating differently. They all think I'm a bit odd!! Good luck and keep up the insanity. Btw Max 30 is awesome too. (Ps I'm not a beachbody coach).

Nice work Chelsie! We're hoping to move out of the city in the next couple of years. We'll still have to drive back everyday for work, but still - just being away from the hustle and bustle of the city evenings and weekends will be fantastic.

Hi Chelsie, I feel a bit the same. I've been working out for the past six months and also did Insanity and saw my muscles develop a bit. I still work out and I'm only now starting to see some definition, however, I've not been able to lose much weight, so I hope this challenge will help.
