I am having those discussions with myself right now too. In my mind, I really want to hit 154....mostly because that is my "100 pounds lost" mark. But I keep asking myself if this is actually the right milestone. I am within a few pounds of my original target weight, and what would be deemed a very healthy weight and body frame by most professionals. I am strong, I am active, I eat well, and I feel great. So why are the numbers so important. I have one final transformer bet to do before I hang my hat up for a few months and focus on other areas of wellness. But I wanted to commend you on what you have accomplished! It is truly amazing to take charge of your health and your body, and you should feel remarkably proud of the gift you have given yourself. :)

Thank you so much for your kind words! I definitely think taking some time to maintain and evaluate your lifestyle and goals is a great idea. I'm all about process goals, things that you DO, instead of progress goals, things that you measure, when I work with clients. You can totally control your process, but sometimes your progress isn't what you expect or intend to happen. Being strong, active, and feeling great are all amazing progress milestones, no matter the number on the scale or waistband!!
