Oh man. I always forget how awful I feel after eating crappy food. I forget, then I splurge on something deliciously-satisfyingly-gluttonously-terrible (like pizza, or fast food anything, or ALL OF THE PASTA). Then I spend three days feeling like crap and having to detox on top of it all. I always forget how addictive fat and sugar and salt are. Anyway, I hope your candy made it to the trash and your will stays strong :)
