I think diversity is good! I've never heard of Yogolosphy, but sounds like worth looking into. I am trying to get into Yoga as a way to relieve stress. Do you think that book is a good option for beginners? Also, it sounds like you should also focus on making sure you work in rest days instead of skipping and doubling up. Maybe play with one or two rest days each week and see how that works.
