We all know that water is essential to our health and a very important key factor in weight lose. With that being said, most of us do not drink enough water. Therefore, I'm challenging us all to drink more water. The goal is to drink one gallon a day (16 8oz cups or however you devy it up). I know that may seem like a lot, but it's doable. Everytime you feel like drinking something, just get water instead. This will also help to cut out a lot of calories that you would otherwise get with other drinks; and if they're calorie free, you're still getting a lot of sugar, high fructose corn syrup, and other crap. Get yourself a water bottle so that you can easily manage the amount of water you're drinking. I got a 32oz bottle of water that I plan on refilling. You can go one step further and make it the proper PH balance. The most economical way is to purchase a can of aluminum-free baking powder such as Rumford Double Acting Baking Powder. I'm no expert, so I cannot tell you what the mixture should be. I purchased a bottle of Optimal-Ph from the vitamin store, which tells you exactly how much to use. Well in order for me to meet challenge 1, which is to get more sleep, I must go to bed now, so good night.
