Today was my first official day on the bet. For breakfast, I had a banana. Didn't have a snack. Lunch, a chicken quesadilla salad. Snack, coffee. Dinner, pepper steak and greens. Then, it's time to ZuMBa!!!!! I am going to dance away the pounds! I have heard up to 500 calories can be burned with an hour of zumba. And, if my hunger persists, carrots and water. I will feel like a bunny, but it's okay. I will behave!
