I wor at petsmart as a dog bather and i have had some people tell me "You must have the best job ever! you get to play with dogs al day! It must be so easy for you!" But by the end of my shifts i am usually worn out sweaty, and completely exhausted. It may not be your conventional form of working out but when you have to lift dogs who weigh from 5lbs all the way up to the 100lb range as well as support them with a leg under the body or restrain a dog who thinks ther longs nails are the latest fashion.....its very hard on the body and i have found myself sweating more often than not with this job. I wonder if there is a way to figure out calories for it :P

Before when i would try and lose weight i would never tell anyone, including my family and those living with me. I was never able to succeed. But i didn't want to tell people because that would be me admitting that i was at the point where i needed to lose weight and that i saw myself as fat. recently i made the decision to let everyone know that i was embarking on a weight loss journey and the amount of support I have gotten has been overwhelming!! My husband, my parents, and even my co-workers have come out of the wood work to support me!

Telling those around you will prove to be a great support base and help you be less likely to fail! don't be afraid to do it, it will never be a bad thing.
