So after starting to eat healthy yesterday and continuing it on today i have discovered that my previous disgust for health food was completely unfounded! For breakfast i had oatnut bread with peanut butter and banana, for lunch i made my self a breakfast sandwhich with egg whites and oatnut bread, and for dinner i made delicious Zucchini pizzas.

 

Zuccini pizza bites:

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce (or pasta sauce)
  • 1/2 cup mozzerella cheese
  • 1 whole zucchini
  • olive oil
  1. slice medium/thin round slices of a relatively large zucchini.
  2. put in a skillet with a little olive oil and cook in skillet thoroughly.
  3. place slices, once cooked, on a baking pan and top with tomato sauce (or tomato slices) and mozzerella cheese. 
  4. place in oven long enough so that the cheese melts
  5. serve and enjoy!!!

See! so simple to make and so delicious and I bet that the whole family would love these, so passing along healthy eating habits to your family would definitely be a bonus!!!

 

The day one workouts were a definite killer!!! doing both of Katie's workouts and doing my own cardio workout at the gym my body feels beat!! but it's a good beat!!! to everyone out there who feels awesome here's to you! and to everyone who isn't, Keep going and you will get there!!! you are all such an inspiration to me!!!!
