Hi, Adrienne! How have you been lately? I've been reading your blogs and catching up with what's going on. I've only lost a few lbs since February. I HAD gotten down to 143 lbs, but I weigh 145 lbs as of today. I've changed my goal weight to 137 lbs because I'm compromising with my husband. I now wear Size 10 pants and he doesn't think I need to lose anymore weight; however, I want to reach a Body Mass Index of 24, which is 140 lbs and give myself three lbs to spare. Please give me your feedback on the Cize workout DVD. I've been considering buying it, but I haven't made up my mind. So glad to see you moving in the right direction with your weight-loss journey!!!

Had a good weekend once I started feeling better. I had an AWFUL stomach ache yesterday, but it subsided. I was able to go to Sunday School and serve as a Greeter at the 11:00 am worship service today. Great advise about being happy with myself...I don't know WHEN I'll reach 137 lbs, but I'll keep you posted on my progress. You keep up the good work because you're doing GREAT!!!

Erica, I'm sorry you had stomach issues, but I'm happy to hear it subsided & you were able to enjoy your weekend!!! Glad you were able to get your Greet On yesterday too!!! :-) No worries mamacita!!! Whenever you get to 137 is when you get there. This is your lifelong journey, & you're the one in control. I'm not concerned about you not getting there. That's your goal, & you're gonna make it!!! GOOO ERICA GOOO!!! And thanks!!! You keep up the good work too!!! :-)
