Look up Trim Healthy Mama. Food freedom! They teach you how you can eat these types of things everyday in a certain way that works for your body. It takes a while to wrap your head around the whole concept and you'll have a million questions, but it is a great way to look at food. I've read about it an researched it for a few years, dabbling here and there, but I've been at it 100% this last week and I've lost 6lbs so far. No calorie counting and I've had steak, cheese, butter, and chocolate. Good luck to you!
