I'm 5 pounds from the weight loss goal I set for myself last year. The double chin is gone. The muffin top is gone. I've made weight for all the diet bets I'm currently playing.
My friends are telling me I don't need to lose any more weight. But I still look a little pudgy. (Is that even a word?)
It's true that my BMI has finally dropped into the "normal" category. But if I gain 2 pounds, I'll be back into the overweight category.
My concern is that most women will always have some fat showing on their bodies. How do you decide when you've lost enough fat to be content with your body? Do you base it on a clothing size you want to wear? On how you look in a bikini?
