I am so close to my goal weight I have a feeling I might be able to get closer to 200 in the weeks to come. Carb Cycling, more exercising and not eating junk food with an increase (water) tea intake the lbs have been melting off . just hoping I don't plateau before the end of the bet. I would be so happy if I get really close to 200 as I haven't been that close in over 7-8 years. Last January I was 245lbs and was sick of the weight and being in pain. Yet I am still in pain I no longer let it run my life! I get out more, see a personal trainer 2x a week and started running in October. Heres to 3 more weeks. It may have taken almost a year to reach my first goal but it will be worth it to be finally able to get to my 2nd goal.
