Notes to self, or things I want to remember:

Eat fewer calories than I use each day!  It seems silly to write that because it's seems so obvious.  

Don't drink my calories; save the calories for food that will fill me up and give energy.

Don't skip breakfast!

Go to bed at a regular time each day!

Am i eating because I'm really hungry or simply out of habit or boredom?

Drink more water!

Mark on a calendar:  Every day is either green, yellow or red. Green = food and workout on point. Yellow = one of the two was off. Red = both food and exercise goals were missed. Lots of green is good!!

No eating after 8 pm....You can't really be hungry!

Only eat quality food.    If you put crap in, that's what comes out.  (I ate too much junk food 2 days ago and I've been paying for it ever since as my digestive system has revolted.)

Ignore any calories I burn from exercise.  In other words, don't justify eating the calories I just worked off.

I'll add more as they pop up, but that's what I'm thinking tonight.
