Notes to self!

I post 4 notes on my bedroom door. One has a check off for my work outs, the other a check off for not drinking Diet pepsi, one is my weight goal for 4 weeks and the last is inspiration for the month. Each night I check off if I reach my goal for the day, and circle the box if I didn't. I like seeing checks better than circles. :)

Great idea, Marsha, for keeping yourself accountable. I keep the calendar open on my kitchen counter to remind me of my red, yellow or green.
