I get you, a LOT. I didn't see much difference between the first and end of this challenge. But just 3 weeks before that I went to my daughters college graduation and was horrified by how I looked. Compare the 7 week difference and it's much more noticeable. Just think what we can look like 2 months from now. Onward and downward.
