I can relate!!! I was born a morning person, but due to a bizarre schedule at work I would sleep through my early morning hours. I did that for years!! In July I went to Mexico for a surf camp, and they forced me to be up and ready for breakfast by 7, and then yoga at 8. It was hard at first, but by the end of the week I realized I had never felt better. Since then I have been getting up and making the most of my mornings. It has been the best change I have made. Good luck on your goal! You can do this! :)
