I have successfully finished two Dietbet 4's!!! Now, just as I had planned, I'm in a Transformer, as I know my losses will slow down. I've lost 17 lbs since the beginning of August, and 13.5 since I started DB August 8th. Whoa, nelly!

Sometimes it's hard to see the losses on our own bodies. Yes, I see myself in the mirror everyday, but I don't think I truly SEE my losses until it comes to clothes. Last October, I bought a pair of pants that were admittedly a bit snug, but I thought, "Ehh, I'll lose 5 lbs and love them." They. Were. Adorable. Welp, that didn't happen, clearly, and I never got to wear them. They sat in my closet taunting me for twelve months.

Today, I was running late for work, eyed these pants, and thought, "Hey, maybe it's worth a try." I pulled them on, and by no means are they baggy or loose, but they fit, and they look BALLER. :) Why GAP ever decided to make a "super slim" cut I don't know, but today of all days, I am so proud to say that they fit!

On the opposite side of the spectrum, I had to buy larger size shorts this summer, and they are so baggy at this point I can pull them off without undoing them (aka, I should stop wearing them)... haha! What a fantastic problem. :)

The pants aren't magic. I'm not magic. My body is not magic.

The pants are REALLY an indicator of healthy changes adding up over time.
I am getting stronger, both physically and emotionally, with every pound lost.
My body is singing glory glory hallelujah every day that I continue to make these choices.
