I don't know what can help as I have a long way to go before I even get close to experiencing what you are experiencing now. Are you determining your calorie requirements by your BMR? Maybe do less running in the short term and do something else that may trigger something?

Anyway, great job and I hope you break your plateau soon!

I am already targeting the lowest recommended calorie intake (1200), so even if my BMR is lower than when I started, I don't think I can lower it any without being "unsafe" or toeing an eating disorder level. Thanks for the suggestion and support!

Sorry, I NET 1200 calories. I eat back my exercise cals
