Good morning! Hope you are all good. I weighed in this morning and lost 1.5 pounds! Yippee! (Actually I weighed myself about four times, and every time was different, from 2.5-1.0 pounds lost - very difficult! But I took the one I thought was likely right). Yesterday was a good start. I ate well (1375 calories, did well on my fats, proteins and carbs) but need to cut out the nuts. :( Also did 10 minutes on the bike at physical therapy and a 12 minute core workout DVD. Joined another group too to up my stake and give me more motivation. Here's to another good day!
