Non-scale victory of the week!

I signed up at the gym yesterday and commit to training for europe!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I did well initially planning meals for a few days but fell into a crazy work schedule.

Today I have yoga planned and I can make a list for a good grocery run this weekend I will prioritize my rest and be in bed lights off by 10 during the week. I will do healthy things with Alyson When I make the trip to Fort Collins to see her next weekend

Pants were too big

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Everything!!!!! I didn’t meal plan, exercise, hydrate or abstain from alcohol. I have been letting stress and loneliness dictate what i put in my mouth and how i exercise my body. I forgive myself and today is a new day.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I walked my dog a lot and got to visit with friends and family that I haven't seen in months.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I was on vacation and initially I wanted to have one cheat weekend, but it ended up being a cheat week! I drank alcohol, ate good Mexican food and spent a lot of time at restaurants with family and friends. I could have improved this by going to the grocery store and buying a few things for breakfasts and lunches so I wouldn't have an excuse to go out to eat.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Drink 1 gallon of water a day on off days, and at least 60 oz at work. I do shift work in a hospital and it's difficult to make sure I stay hydrated. I also am going to the grocery store now to buy healthy food to meal prep for 3 days at a time. I am getting a massage to help my hips and back loosen up after traveling. I am going to walk every day in this beautiful Maryland weather and close my exercise ring on my apple watch. I am going to close my red ring on my apple watch every day - I want to get my achievement!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I meal prepped my food and kept up with my workouts even though I was really tired on Wednesday.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I snacked on a lot baked goods at work when I was stressed, bored and thirsty. I didn't drink enough water hardly at all, and when I traveled on Friday I ate out all 3 meals and drank and now it's Saturday and I am going out to eat 3x again.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Drink 80 oz of water a day, each day. Eat as healthily as possible while traveling and allowing for myself to be on vacation. Take my dog for several walks and a hike while my friends and family are at work. Keep up the momentum!
