I walked my dog a lot and got to visit with friends and family that I haven't seen in months.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I was on vacation and initially I wanted to have one cheat weekend, but it ended up being a cheat week! I drank alcohol, ate good Mexican food and spent a lot of time at restaurants with family and friends.
I could have improved this by going to the grocery store and buying a few things for breakfasts and lunches so I wouldn't have an excuse to go out to eat.

Drink 1 gallon of water a day on off days, and at least 60 oz at work. I do shift work in a hospital and it's difficult to make sure I stay hydrated.
I also am going to the grocery store now to buy healthy food to meal prep for 3 days at a time.
I am getting a massage to help my hips and back loosen up after traveling.
I am going to walk every day in this beautiful Maryland weather and close my exercise ring on my apple watch.
I am going to close my red ring on my apple watch every day - I want to get my achievement!
