Non-scale victory of the week!

Last journal entry was actually from over a year ago. So my non-scale victory since then would be logging into my fitness pal consistently and having my meals prepped for the week.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

My goals for this week are to stick to my meal plan, start walking, for 10-20 mins a day depending what my body is ready for, and staying positive that I have a long road and there’s no rush. Also to be patient because with a new baby it can be hard to get adjusted.

This weeks nonscale victory was uping my water intake. I definitely drank more than 8 glasses of water a day.
