Non-scale victory of the week!

My workouts have been awesome and I didn’t binge on Thanksgiving. Instead, I enjoyed myself and my family as company and made the right choices!

Probably not snacked as much, but I like sweets and it’s Holiday season

Definitely eating. I tracked everything going in my mouth and did pretty well with calories but so many sweets were had
