Hang in there Jennifer. If you can squeeze in a little exercise or meditation it does really help with the stress. I have been trying to really savor a bowl of berries when I feel overwhelmed and meditate (self-hypnosis) to convince myself it's a bowl of Ben & Jerry's haha you sound like a really strong person and you will prevail with the issues you've encountered!
