Thanks! In the end, the only thing that saved me during the last two weeks of tax season was packing in only enough food for two meals a day and not having the time to go out for more.

Just checking in to see how you're doing, Jan ... Me, I'm fine on the Nov-May Transformer game, but I'm really going to have to kick it hard, to meet my goal for the March weigh-in on the Jan-July Transformer. You and I can both commit to work it SERIOUSLY, so we make it (you're already much closer than I am, on your Nov-May game). Let's do this ... YES!

Thanks for checking in! I'm within spitting distance of my March goal for Nov-May Transformer. Tax season is really kicking my ass, so I've lost some of my drive. Thinking about signing up for the March-Sep Transformer to re-commit. I really want to be at a healthy weight at my next physical (October), so that's roughly 25 pounds to lose.

So, YES! Let's do this!

YAY, Jan! I see you lost 1.6 pounds on your last weigh-in! Cool. You're pretty much at 80% of where you need to be, to win this round, so it's TOTALLY do-able. Kick it hard, and bring in the win, girl.

Thank you! I had a weird whipsaw thing with my weight over the last couple of weeks; at one point, I had gained almost 5 pounds in a week. I'm going to chalk it up to the start of tax season :)

I'm back on track now and, yes, it's totally doable! And congrats on already being at 100% of your goal!

Tax Season has much to answer for, in adding to the overall angst level for all of us, doesn't it!? ;D lol I totally hear it, too. I'm so truly glad to read you're back on track ... that's more than great! Utter respect for anyone who can overcome that self-discipline, self-motivation challenge. (Been there. Done that.) Stick with it, Jan, and just imagine for yourself how HAPPY you're going to be with yourself when you hit that number you want to see. :)

OK!!! It's AFTER CHRISTMAS!!! We can now FOCUS ON OURSELVES AND DO WHAT WE NEED TO DO (dammit). Yep, I'm re-committing and re-focusing and returning to healthy ways after indulging a little too much for Christmas. It's time to turn that page ... HELP ME DO IT. I need a little encouragement, today ...

Wow ... Jan, your track looks a LOT like mine. We started out in nearly the same place, are currently at about the same place, and have a goal at almost the very same place. I think I'm going to have to keep an eye on how you're doing, 'cause I totally relate! :D
