Started new nutritional program. Water and veggies have increased. Started new program and FINALLY saw physical therapist for ankle.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Plan meals!! Too many 'silly carbs.' Less TV, more sleep Plus.. the bake sale!

Plan more meals. Lose the silly carbs. Plate-it better. Rehab ankle on schedule. Keep up the water intake (125-150ozs daily). Discover new veggies.
