Non-scale victory of the week!

Wednesday, my son wanted to eat at In-n-Out. I had recently eaten a yogurt and pumpkin seeds so I was not hungry. I had him place the order which only included a drink for me. I had one bite of his animal fries and one bite of his burger. This victory wasn't so much that I didn't order food, it was that I finally listened to my body and didn't get food because I was not hungry.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I am giving myself a high-five and fist bump!! Mini vacation this past weekend. I watched my portion sizes and did not order at the fast food stops! I did allow myself to have some cake, my son's birthday, but only a small piece.

Drink more water.

Keeping my plans to go to the gym even when my "schedule" was interrupted. Going to the gym when it was not on my "schedule".
