Non-scale victory of the week!
Wednesday, my son wanted to eat at In-n-Out. I had recently eaten a yogurt and pumpkin seeds so I was not hungry. I had him place the order which only included a drink for me. I had one bite of his animal fries and one bite of his burger. This victory wasn't so much that I didn't order food, it was that I finally listened to my body and didn't get food because I was not hungry.
