Non-scale victory of the week!

My Birthday was Saturday and I spent my day taking my daughter to 2 different Birthday parties and I also had my Birthday dinner with my husband's family. I didn't eat anything sweet and stuck to healthy options at all three events. Even though people were offering me cupcakes after saying no over and over!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I'm now able to comfortably wear a 2xl tshirt. I also went for my first weigh with my dr for the weight management program and in the first month since starting it i lost 13 pounds and 4 inches around my tummy at my belly button

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

My diet could have been A LOT better!!! I probably only ate healthy about 50% of the time but I still tried to keep my portions under control.

To stay on point with my diet and hopefully exercise at least 3 times this week!

Non-scale victory of the week!

Although I had a long emotional week I stuck to eating healthy with the exception of one meal which I very closely watched my portions and listened to my body telling me it was full!

I could have exercised more!

Non-scale victory of the week!

Went to Texas Roadhouse for dinner and I didn't eat any rolls. I also ate as healthy as possible. I ordered a 6 oz sirloin, broccoli and a side salad (which I ordered thr dressing on the side and dipped instead of pouring it onto my salad)

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Sticking to diet and exercise while working and taking care of two children. And also continuing to tell myself that I can do this and I'm worth it!
