Non-scale victory of the week!
My Birthday was Saturday and I spent my day taking my daughter to 2 different Birthday parties and I also had my Birthday dinner with my husband's family. I didn't eat anything sweet and stuck to healthy options at all three events. Even though people were offering me cupcakes after saying no over and over!
