Non-scale victory of the week!

This week I used meditation instead of night eating. This worked for two evenings and that’s a huge beginning. Most other evening I stuck to healthy food.

Nothing... given my stress overload. I feel too good about losing and at my baby steps forward...

I have made a small step towards night eating by doing a short mindful meditation when others have gone to bed. I also walked one hour on the treadmill yesterday. This felt so good. And... we had snow falling this morning!❄️☃️
