Getting back on track after being sick.

I could have concentrated more on protein intake instead of comfort foods when I started having sinus issues. :(

Finishing the Barre3 challenge strong and looking forward to concentrating on more StepBet

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Not a lot. I was more focused on core work than burning calories so I think the muscle increase caused my total weight increase. Should start dropping again next week.

I started incorporating some Keto diet into my plan this week and it has definitely gotten me over a road block that I was dealing with. I should have done it sooner. Lol!
