Non-scale victory of the week!

Ran with the boyfriend on a bike next to me and didn’t feel embarrassed, felt strong and proud. Also made my DietBet, splurged a little but then got back on track.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I was diagnosed with celiacs so that has been a new challenge to find things to eat when out, so maybe I’ll just eat less! Srarted running again and I feel that has made a huge difference.

Skittles need to go away.

Nothing...no working out, drinking too much, eating the wrong things...

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Getting a colonoscopy and endoscopy next week to figure out my tummy problems. It is looking like it could be gluten related.

Bought a lot of healthy foods to start this journey.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Last week I was on vacation with friends and ate more than normal. I also drank daily, so going into this next week I hope not to drink.

Started intermittent fasting. First day hard but going well so far!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Toward the end of last week I had issues sleeping which caused me to over sleep. If I don’t work out in the morning I won’t so... need sleep!
