Non-scale victory of the week!

Almost in size 12 pants. Only been in them a handful of times in my life.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

More working out. My parents were in town last week and a half and kind of threw my routine off.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Tried on the wrong pair of pants and they were only a little tight, and I looked to see what pants they were, and they were size 12’s!!! I started in a 16 in January. Haven’t been in 12’s in over 4 years.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Workout more.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Scale isn’t reflecting as much of a loss this month like last month but seeing big changes in my body like muscle tone, looking leaner, etc.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Workout more. We were exhausted coming back from Disney, so have taken it a bit easy this week.
