Wearing clothes I haven’t worn in awhile.... most clothes are too baggy.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Should’ve hit the gym more; I did not feel well a couple of days (I think because I wasn’t eating enough).

Non-scale victory of the week!

I have so much energy I can hardly believe it. I have a desk job so I set my Fitbit to remind me to get up and walk 250 steps an hour from 6 am to 6 pm. I LOVE IT!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

More days in the gym. My schedule was cray this week.... but I could’ve made time.

Able to stay on track after attended a retirement luncheon. Tracked calories and made good choices.

I can feel myself getting stronger. I am seeing muscle development and I am losing inches.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Be stronger when it comes to healthy choices. I ate chip with salsa last night. Although I kept count of my chips/calories, I should have skipped them altogether.

Definitely starting to feel the loss. I had someone tell me my face was thinner. Sore muscles from yesterday's workout (I HAVE MUSCLES! Who knew?!)
