was able to run a very difficult 5K this weekend and spend the rest of the day with my granddaughters which takes a ton of energy. Feeling great! Looking great!

Really starting to enjoy healthy foods. I try more veggies and find out I actually like them.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I took 2 rest days back to back; I may have needed them but I also needed some cardio to go along with my strength training.

Ran my first 5K race since 2013, beat my pace by a few seconds and placed 2nd in my division (50-54 women).

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I ate a lot of red meat; I also ate more sugar than I should have.

Avoided Easter candy. Added strength training for arms. Legs are good with rowing and running.

I really need to get back to exercising 5 days a week. I am down to 2-3 times. I cannot wait for people to decide to join me; I must go alone if I have to.

I ate a couple of things I really shouldn’t have. Did not stop when I knew I was full. Made myself sick.

Exercise more. I did ok but overdid it and had to rest more and was sick 1 day. Avoid the bad choices. Don’t overeat.

I was able to run (jog) for the first time in 6 years. I had so much energy and strength from the rowing machine that I did not have to walk as much.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I really overdid it with the run on Tuesday and had to take 2 rest days. I will have to be more careful.

Energy level is still high. All around good feeling of being happy and healthy. Cleaned out my closet of all plus clothing and purchased new items from the regular ladies Department instead of the plus size area.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Put more into my workout. Diet is always something to work on and tweak. I cut out flavored creamer but always look for ways to cut ALL processed foods.
