Non-scale victory of the week!

I am able to throw hard roundhouses again without taking Advil when I come home. I am up to 100 continuous crunches at once and 200 during a workout. I am feeling awesome!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Nothing really. I am on my diet game. I feel good. I’m eating enough. I’m logging. Im staying between 1200-1700 cal. Not tempted to treats. And, 18-20 IF no problem.

Non-scale victory of the week!

All of my clothes are loose. So, now all day long I enjoy the feeling of my clothes being loose. It’s a constant reminder!

I was carrying something out of my mother in laws house. My pants dropped straight to my ankles. Cravings couldn’t get the best of me...had a few moments where I was caught out without something to eat a few times. I was HUNGRY. Not Craving. There’s a huge difference

Not so tempted by poor diet choices. I am feeling good about making proactive choices, not going along for the ride.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I wish I would hit the gym. Many things got in the way. But I made a decision to include my kids so they can train for their next martial arts belts in June. 3 black belts, a 2nd degree brown, a low blue. And, this is my second time thru the system. I was in this exact system 30 years ago...I started again as an adult with my kids 6 years ago and busted myself back down to worm status. So I will also be going for low blue with my son.

I am going strict keto this month. And, 3 times at the gym, outside of 2 times at MMA. This is me young...my goal!!

Non-scale victory of the week!

Feeling great. Plus, I realized cheat meals are bullshit. Don’t reward yourself with food. If the food you eat is hurting you, you are electively POISIONING yourself. I’m not saying I don’t miss a burger and a beer, but it’s not part of my regimen any more. It will be a once in awhile thing. I’m not mad about it any more.

I haven’t been motivated to hit the gym. I’m considering going right now. It’s 5am.

Tighten up my diet even more. I had two times last week I allowed myself to go too hungry. That creates opportunity for overeating. This pic is me at 18. This is my goal.
