Jackie, the only other required weigh in is the final weigh in May 6-7. You are able to track your progress unofficially through the game page. And remember, one bad week doesn't make for a bad game. You are amazing and will do fabulous things!

Be sure to check your measurements every so often, heart rate, and other “non-scale” improvements. Of course this bet is about weight loss specifically, but we have to focus on our whole health, too!

I focus a lot on drinking water and really making sure to get rest in between intense workout days.

I recently got a new walking pad for inside my house - I don’t mind walking, but I HATE getting crazy hot, eaten by mosquitos, and not to mention that I feel very insecure out there jiggling down the street. Now I just have to find a routine that works and stick to it!

Kristy - I had started biking a few years ago and realized it was so much easier as a kid haha
