  • I am very tired today ! I skipped my dumbbell workout today . I’ll go on my treadmill tonight.
    This was an early lunch .
    Also I was out running errands hungry and tired , stopped myself to buy some chips and candy ..,, glad I didn’t get anything

  • We are having such a beautiful sunny day without any wind ! Tomorrow is also sunny but super windy and rain will start at night for 5/6 days 😑.

    Yoga this morning , lunch was burger and veggies I grilled yesterday. With homemade bread .
    And a nice 40 min walk after . Time to work some more and then go pick up the kids and play outside .

I’m excited to get this challenge started! I hit my goal on my last challenge and then fell apart. Life (and my cycle) hit me hard. I’m back in a challenge to keep me accountable! We can do this!

Our cycle can be brutal! I couldn’t go for my walk today because I am In so much back pain and cramps . I have already did my workout this morning but don’t have the force to get more steps in ! Taking care of the kids and feeding my family will be enough work
