Keep walking, Girlie. Grief is a weird thing but all it ends up being is just taking ONE step at a time. Looking back, I now realize I was grieving for 4 years, when I lost all my extended family in one day due a tragic event. I, like you, will survive. You have some great tools to help you along the way. Keep/ get yourself active in new activities/ groups in the community. Learn a new craft/ karate, church, etc. The sun will rise again . . .

Thank you both. This week has been impossible. Deep depression, no exercise...luckily no overeating either. I'm just...so grief-stricken I can't function. Leila...I am so sorry about your family. Thank you for sharing - it weirdly does help to know I am not the only person who is hurting. I hope to take a good walk tomorrow.
