Sounds like you have an awesome plan in place to overcome the issues. And if this isn't enough, I can tell you will find another solution and another solution - whatever it takes. Stay strong and give yourself lots of credit for the work you are doing!


The water is a great solution. Or make the water a little on the sweet or citrus side by slipping some fruit in it. Read the book Mindset by Carol Dweck. It's a pretty good book about developing a growth mindset. Instead of letting someone beat us up or beating us down, it talks about how to grow from the experience and how to face our poor choices. You've got this!
