Non-scale victory of the week!

I did well on the scale this week but the eating and exercise was none existent. Couldn't figure out why I felt like shit, but TOM came for a visit after not being her in 3 months. It was like, hey girl I'm still here! So a lot of junk and no exercise. One week to go and I am getting back on track. I want to win this thing!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I have resisted the Free Medium French Fries that McDonald's sent me on the APP. You see when the Raptors make it rain with 3 pointers anyone who signed up can get a free one! I decline this time! Also, no chocolate bars so far or any fast food for me this week. I'm in it.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Well I have a couple of vodka's with my diet coke, but having 1 the last couple of days is better than a whole bottle of wine. Working on getting it to zero.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Ensuring I do 10000 steps or more on my Fitbit. Drink 80 oz of water Increase the number of days at the gym or out for a walk (maybe hard with my daughter home for half the week). Continue to eat more fruits and veggies and healthy snacks.

Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I find staying motivated as one of the elements that is hard to rech my goal. Also I like my snacks so I have to stay away from chocolate or i am done for.

To track my food on WW I just joined Jillian Michael's site as well and am going to use it as well Accountable for everything I eat. Ahhh! Getting out to the gym to exercise at least 3 times this week. More if I can.
