Hi! I enter everything I eat into My Fitness Pal. I can scan barcodes, create rexipes, save meals, or search for items by name. I also use Scosche Rhythm armband to track my exercise. rhythm is a heart rate monitor but without the chest strap. It links directly to MFP so I know exactly where I stand each day. With Rhythm, I found I was logging more calories burned than I should have been. MFP and my exercise machine was overestimating my burn. Hope that helps!!
