I have not been very active on here but I have not forgotten! Check in: I am still doing well; no bingeing, a but over over calories but not much. Will I make my goal weight. im not sure, but I have regained motivation.

I am 51% toward my goal! I have done a lot better than I thought I would. You all-I have not binged once!!! Over ate, yes. But no bingeing/emotional eating. Can I get a yas queen!!! 💪

I am back on keto and that has been going well but I am struggling with my workouts.. I haven’t worked out in 2 weeks and I don’t know how to motivate myself :(

I’m trying so hard not to get upset with myself today. I constantly look at old pictures when I had lost 40 pounds and now I have gained that back plus 40 more pounds. I don’t know how this happened or why I never stopped myself. Each day is so hard. With that being said, it’s a new day to make the right choices! I know I have to continue to love myself in order to be successful, no matter what the scale says.

I feel you lady! Its sooo hard when you look back at old pics! But neither the past, nor the future matter! It's all about what you can muster and give yourself in the now!

Six years ago I lost 100 lbs and gained it back, plus another 50lbs, in just three years! Ppl were so amazed I lost the weight in the first place, so when it all came back I hid myself away so no one could see my weight gain..I missed out on so many amazing opportunities and adventures with wonderful people!

I had lost all that weight, but my mind was completely in ruins. I'm slowly learning how to repair it, so somedays I just need a "reflection & repair" day. Meeting my mindfulness goals are just as satisfying as my weight goals; if not more! Keep pushing chica! You have the power! :heart_eyes:

**Emotional ** COMING TO JESUS POST:
I joined. And I am a bit nervous to be honest. I thought long and hard about this. My first dietbet I completed, but just barely. My last two I gave up. Weighing myself on the scale has never been a negative event for me - until the last 6 months. With the lack of motivation and the excessive binge eating (lack of self discipline) I have just went on a downward spiral. And every time I step on the scale the reality of my actions feels like a slap of guilt in the face. So thats where I am ... And, I am also here, in this dietbet to not just loose weight, but to get the encouragement that I need to regain my motivation. And strengthen my self discipline!! Lets do this!!

Why am I such a self sabotager? first day and I ate icecream and am not out of ketosis so oops that stinks :( Keto does not work if you aren’t in ketosis. Pray for me peeeps
