Encourage this Saturday just 1.4# to go before final weigh in. Going to the gym today with a friend before reading and research prep for next class, which is my last. I have walked twice this week out to the parking lot at work approx 1 mile in the gorgeous spring weather. I can do this ....thanks for the great encouragement everyone.
