Hi Rebecca, I saw your comment on my post regarding ACV. Have you ever tried ACV?? It's certainly not for everyone. You said you are on the Keto diet and personally I LOVE life, so the Keto diet is just not for people like me, you know, people who actually want to live....i read the data on Keto. It's really really bad. 34% higher risk of mortality and 54% if you've had a previous heart condition. I eat mainly a plant based diet, i eat carbs but do not crave sugar if i drink ACV. I follow doctors, some are cardiologists and nutritionists, on social media and YouTube like Michael Greger, Caldwell Esselstyn, Colin Campbell, Michael Klaper and Kim Allan Williams. They have read all the studies on nutrition worldwide and done studies on nutrition themselves. The Keto diet does give you results but is detrimental to your health. I highly recommend you read the reseach on Keto done worldwide, i believe there's only about 6 or 7 studies done, which by the way all show the same results. I have been so off my healthy eating and away from my goals it's just crazy. I have been down and sicker than sick and really do not care what I eat. I'm hoping to restart on Monday. Thanks for asking :(
