Cyndi thought we might be friends since we both spell our name the same.. Is this your first Dietbet? It is mine and I just joined the 4 week one.. I have been on this journey for about 6 months now and Im down 47.8 pounds.. I feel so much better and looking forward to reaching my goal.. how about you?

Cyndi that's awesome way to go.. I have been lucky so far and not hit that slump or wall but it may still come.. You can do this!! I really feel the slower it comes off the more of a life style change we make.. Keep up the good work.. ...
