Hi Cindi. Just checking in to see how your doing. Do you weigh in everyday? I see a lot of people weighing in it seems everyday. I was thinking maybe once a week would be good. Hope your week has gone well.

Paulette, I am NOT weighing in every day personally that makes me a bit crazy.. I can see lots of people are but for me I only weight in once a week at my Weight Watchers meeting and that is it..

Thanks for adding me Cyndi. Congratulations on your weight loss so far!! I'm cutting out the bad foods and adding exercise. Also cutting down the amounts I eat and trying to drink enough water. Taking one day at a time :-) Looking forward to getting to know you.
