Freaking Awesome! Robin you are an inspiration. "Food like products" I have another favorite ""The best strategy we've got is to just add in the good stuff! Eventually it's going to crowd out the bad stuff." that little line changed my life! Congrats keep up the good work.


Congratulations!!! What I have learned in this short time is the importance of limiting fast food and eating real food that is home cooked along with regular exercise. All of these things together really reduce cravings. The process is quite amazing. I am finally starting to see why the fad diets have never worked for me.
