I was so glad when I was officially post-menopausal. One of the good things about healthy aging! I did the weight cycling during the last 10 years. Lost 40, gained 30. Lost 30 again and hit a plateau and was starting the gaining weight phase so I made the Dietbet commitment and it has helped me lose an additional 17 pounds! My last weigh in is January 14!
