Im in! A little late to the ballgame but im happy to be back on dietbet. It helped me lose 60lbs back in 2019. Hate to say I've gained it all back plus some but here's to getting active in your 30s!

How is everyone doing? I find myself doing well and seeing movement on the scale and then thinking I can relax (on my food choices mostly) and then I slide back again.

That happens to me sometimes. Maybe dont weigh in as much to just keep the momentum going? Keep up the great work and make sure you’re giving yourself enough treats outside of dieting so you don’t feel deprived :) you got this :dizzy::muscle:

This is me. I tend to join the bets “last minute” so I don’t have the chance to relax on my eating. I also have a very unhealthy relationship with my scale. I weigh myself about 6 times a day… trying to be better about it
