Hey Jen,
I'm doing well. Just started a 30-day ab challenge cuz that's all that's left that I wasn't to lose but can live happily every after with this body, so a challenge is great for motivation.
I haven't done much with the KBs but perhaps I'll pick up a challenge while focusing on abs.
How are things going for you?

Looks like I'm doing the ab challenge all by myself so I'm mixing the 30-day ab challenge in with some of Jillian Michael's 6-week 6 pack. Tough but worth it. I got the belly ring and though it may never, ever see the light of day I see it daily, so I gotta keep it tight.

I'm hanging in there with a few gym visits a week and the kettlebell at home. I was almost tempted to do Chris and Heidi's last bet just for the fun of it, but didn't want to lose. LOL

Hey Jen!
I got my 20lb KB on Saturday from Amazon. Free shipping with Prime and I used some cc cash back for an Order Total: $0.00. Love it!

I haven't tried it yet but the KB came with an instructional DVD so I look forward to trying it out tonight.

I remember doing modified burpees and planks- they were killer 25lbs ago, but now I'm up for a 30 day challenge.

Still will shine off a bag of any candy (anything BUT chocolate, not a fan) but staying the course, maintaining & loving it!

How are you? Do you like your KB? There are so many exercises you can do with it, but swinging is easy and very productive. Hope you are enjoying something new!

What's your fave candy? I know you like twizzlers. :) It's good you don't like chocolate, just another temptation you don't have to worry about. Hang in there, enjoy the summer with your new bod. :)

Desperate times...I'm going to follow a Special K plan for the next 14 days, which is about how many days are left on H&C. Hopefully, I'll lose 5lbs and be done. It's been so discouraging with no movement on the scale. argh!
How are you enjoying your new body? Still building muscle/toning?

Yes, most of that stuff has sugar and other crap in it. You're always better off with whole food. Meal prep is really the key with me and it sounds like for you, too. For breakfast I make what I call "egg muffins", they are super easy. Basically I just scramble a dozen eggs, cut up some kind of veggies (I usually use green peppers), and bake in 12 muffin cups (350, 25 min) I use the silicone muffin liners because they pop out easily. They keep well for several days in the fridge and you can freeze them as well. I have 2 a day (and my kids will eat them sometimes as well as my hubby). Just an idea I got somewhere when I started meal prep, and I love them. They are good with turkey bacon, too. Hope that "recipe" makes sense, if not LMK. On days I am working out a lot or have a crazy morning, I will have oatmeal, too.

Anyway, just wanted to give you an idea for breakfast, that was one meal I always skipped and it made a huge difference in my diet and energy level once I started eating it. Keep going girl, I know you can do this!! And hopefully find some habits that you can keep long after the bet. :)
