I'm worried. I am fighting daily, and hadn't slipped in my diet (if you don't count three cookies I ate when being quite unhappy) but I'm making no progress.

I'll fight till the deadline, though.

So how's it going? I'm trying to get/stay focused on my goal so I can win this one and finally be at a "normal" bmi. It's been tough. One meal/workout at a time.

So yesterday, did you start walking again? How are you feeling? Your knees? I'm trying something new this week (called exercise) so the scale will budge. Stresses of life getting in the way of my health objectives. I've been getting discouraged as a result. We can still finish strong!

I started walking again. Very hard - each step is a pain, but it's getting better after about 10 minutes of walking. I'm going to post now an amazing graph on the effect of exercise - It's much more important than I thought!
Stresses of life - I hear you. Same here. But I'm going to fight now very hard to reach the goal - let's do it together!
